We believe in the next generation and their potential to change the world. Our mission is to provide youth with a network of support and essential skills to empower them to tackle challenges and overcome barriers in the years to come. Through functional fitness and strength training, we open their eyes to new perspectives by pushing their limits. We support them in setting and achieving their goals.

Our aim is to ensure that all young people feel strong, capable, and confident as they become the best version of themselves.

Each class includes a warm-up, skill work, the Workout of the Day (WOD), game play, and positive reinforcement. Your child's confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.

AGES 12-15

Skills learned are more detailed and may involve weights. Exercises include gymnastics, weightlifting basics, running, rowing, and stretching. Classes consist of a warm-up, skill work, a WOD, and positive reinforcement.
