1. Learn the Movements
Ready to kickstart your fitness journey? Your first step is to enroll in our 'First Steps' program. This introductory course will teach you the movements safely and confidently. Our one-on-one sessions with experienced coaches ensure you learn the correct techniques to perform each movement safely.

2. Go For It
Once you've completed our First Steps program, you're all set to join our regular classes. Click here to sign up and start your CrossFit experience.
